Weird Moms Club 209 is a community centered nonprofit dedicated to supporting mothers through connection, belonging, and collective impact.
Our mission is to help moms find their people and build their village, because motherhood was never meant to be done alone. We create safe, inclusive spaces where mothers can show up exactly as they are. Our offerings include social gatherings such as playdates, park meetups, walks, coffee chats, book clubs, and seasonal events designed to foster real, meaningful relationships. These experiences are intentionally low pressure and judgment free, allowing moms to connect in ways that feel authentic, whether that means deep conversation, quiet companionship, or simply being around other adults who understand this season of life.
Beyond social connection, Weird Moms Club 209 leads community outreach and impact initiatives that support families and vulnerable populations throughout the greater 209 area. Our projects include donation drives, comfort kits, school supply efforts, holiday outreach, and rapid-response support during times of community need. We believe that when moms come together with purpose, they have the power to create tangible, lasting change.
We serve mothers across all stages of motherhood, including first time moms, seasoned moms, single moms, working moms, stay at home moms, and moms navigating postpartum challenges, grief, mental health struggles, or major life transitions. Our community is intentionally inclusive. There is no mold to fit, no expectation to be perfect, and no requirement beyond showing up as yourself. While our social club spaces are private in order to protect the safety, vulnerability, and trust of our families, our community initiatives and outreach efforts are shared publicly and are open to volunteers, partners, and supporters who want to get involved and make a difference.
At its heart, Weird Moms Club 209 offers connection, support, and purpose. We are a place to land, a place to belong, and a reminder that no mom has to navigate motherhood alone.
