Young at Art: Showcasing the Creativity of Stanislaus County’s Young Artists
The Stanislaus Arts Council is thrilled to invite young artists from across Stanislaus County to participate in the 2025 Young at Art Exhibition. This inspiring showcase, held at the Stanislaus Arts Council Gallery throughout March, provides students with an incredible opportunity to exhibit their artwork in a professional gallery setting.
More Than Just an Exhibition
Young at Art is more than a display of talent; it’s an enriching experience that nurtures creativity, confidence, and artistic growth. Students will gain valuable insight into the business of art, learning how to present their work professionally and engage with the creative community. This exhibition serves as a stepping stone for young artists, offering a platform to connect with peers, mentors, and potential career opportunities in the arts.
By participating, students also contribute to the vibrant arts culture of Stanislaus County. The Stanislaus Arts Council remains committed to supporting, promoting, and advocating for artists of all ages. This exhibition is a testament to that mission, helping young artists take their first steps in sharing their unique perspectives with the world.

- Artist Reception & Awards Ceremony: March 29, 2025 | 12:30 – 2 PM
- 3rd Thursday Art Walk: March 20, 2025 | 5 – 8 PM
- Artwork Pickup: March 29, 2025 | 2 – 4 PM
How to Participate
All submissions must be made through Smarter Entry. Details and guidelines can be found at stanislausarts.org/exhibitions.
Eligibility:
- Open to all artists aged 2–17 residing in Stanislaus County.
- Artwork must be original and created by the young artist.
Awards & Entry Fees:
Awards will be presented in multiple age categories at the Artist Reception. Entry is $10 per artwork, with up to five entries allowed per artist. Young Members with a student or family membership can submit their first entry for free.
Supporting the Arts
The success of Young at Art depends on the support of arts advocates in our community. The Stanislaus Arts Council invites businesses, organizations, and individuals to sponsor this event and help provide young artists with the recognition they deserve. Sponsorship opportunities range from Visionary Sponsors at $5,000 to Young Artist Scholarships at $30.
